Terms & refunds

The founding waitlist is open after native Claude Code validation on both a synthetic fixture and a real Expo app snapshot. Paid checkout remains closed while the remaining paid-launch coverage and delivery gates are completed. This page documents the planned global founding offer.

1. Current status

No payment can be made today. The planned founding price is $99 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring charge.

The founding build exists today as an inspectable ZIP containing Markdown, JSON, agent adapters, report templates, and no executable code. You can see its exact output on the sample report. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that checkout is open or that the pack can predict what Apple will decide.

2. Validation, delivery and refunds

  • The pack is validated first. The installable founding skill has passed native Claude Code validation on a synthetic fixture and a real Expo app snapshot. Paid checkout stays closed while the remaining paid-launch coverage and delivery gates are finished.
  • Pass condition. Validation passes at 3 paid purchases from unrelated buyers. Unrelated means genuine third-party buyers: refunded orders, test purchases, duplicate buyers, and purchases by the product team or people connected to it are excluded from the count.
  • Delivery. When checkout opens, the versioned Markdown skill pack is delivered immediately after payment. The initial download is a ZIP of inspectable Markdown and JSON with a published SHA-256 checksum, sent to the email used at checkout. Optional private access is used for updates.
  • If paid validation fails. If paid validation fails, Verto refunds every founding purchase in full. No action is required from you.
  • How refunds actually happen. Refunds are not automatic. Verto issues them manually through Stripe to the card you paid with, and emails you when the refund is sent. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original card. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to post the money back, which is outside Verto's control.
  • Refund on request. Before downloading the pack you may request a refund for any reason, with no explanation needed. Email with your Stripe receipt number.
  • After delivery. Once you have downloaded the pack, the sale is final — it is a digital product that cannot be returned. If the files are incomplete or the protocol cannot be loaded as described in a supported workflow, report the defect and Verto will fix it or refund you.

3. What is included

The exact initial bundle is listed on the homepage: the universal preflight protocol, 28-item evidence manifest, agent adapters, report and checklist templates, examples, security contract, and 12 months of updates. The scope is what is written there — not what could reasonably be inferred from it.

4. Compatibility bounds

These bounds are the promise. Anything outside them is not committed:

  • Platform: iOS submissions only. Android is out of scope for the first version.
  • Frameworks: Expo SDK 52, 53, and 54; React Native 0.76, 0.79, and 0.81; managed and prebuild workflows.
  • Agents: Works as ordinary Markdown. Includes adapters for Claude Code, AGENTS.md workflows, Cursor, Hermes, and compatible skill systems; no universal automatic install is claimed.
  • Updates: 12 months of updates from delivery. Not lifetime. After 12 months your downloaded version remains yours; newer SDK rules are not guaranteed.
  • Support: Email, best-effort, pack defects only. This is not a consulting retainer and does not include audits of your app.
  • Delivery: A versioned ZIP of inspectable Markdown and JSON, plus SHA-256 checksum and optional private update access. No executable, hosted scanner, product account, or runtime telemetry.

There is no lifetime-update promise. Updates run for 12 months from delivery. After that the downloaded files remain yours; support for newer Expo SDKs is not guaranteed and may require a paid upgrade.

5. Support

Support is best-effort email for defects in the pack. It does not include reviewing your app, submitting on your behalf, appeals handling, calls, or general Expo or iOS help. This is a bounded product at a bounded price, deliberately.

6. What is not promised

  • No guarantee of approval. Deterministic checks catch deterministic problems. Apple can reject a build for design, content, business-model or judgement reasons that no static check can detect. Nothing here reduces that risk to zero, and no rejection-rate figure is claimed.
  • No reading of App Store Connect. The protocol never signs in to or reads your App Store Connect account. Where an answer depends on that state, the report marks it as needing confirmation rather than guessing.
  • No affiliation with Apple. Verto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Apple Inc. Apple's guidelines are Apple's, and they change.
  • No liability for review outcomes. Verto's total liability is capped at the amount you paid.

7. Payment

Payment is disabled while cross-agent and delivery validation finish. If paid validation opens, the global price will be charged in US dollars through Stripe. Verto will never see or store card details; any applicable VAT or sales tax will be shown at checkout.

8. Contact
