Terms & refunds

1. Offer and availability

The SubmitPreflight PDF playbook and agent pack cost $29 USD, paid once. There is no subscription. Checkout is open. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.

2. What you receive

A 42-page PDF, a printable checklist, copyable Markdown templates and an agent pack with a 31-item evidence manifest, supporting rules and submission runbook. The Markdown-first founding build is included alongside the PDF guide. The guide works without an AI account; running the agent pack requires your own compatible coding-agent access.

The PDF playbook, printable checklist, templates and agent pack download together after payment, from the confirmation page. Save the confirmation-page link privately. It is valid for one year and up to ten downloads; contact us with your receipt if you lose access. Updates are supplied on request by email with your receipt number, for 12 months from delivery. Not lifetime. Downloaded editions remain licensed after that period.

3. Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing your receipt number to hello@vertostudios.com. This applies even after downloading. Refunds are not automatic. Verto issues them manually through Stripe to the card you paid with, and emails you when the refund is sent. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Report missing or unreadable files to the same address so we can replace them or refund you.

4. Licence and support

The purchasing person or business may use and adapt these files internally on apps it owns or is authorized to develop. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the bundle or include it in a public repository. Support is best-effort email for file defects; it does not include app audits, calls, implementation, submissions or appeals.

5. Scope and compatibility

  • Platform: iOS submissions only. Android is out of scope for the first version.
  • Frameworks: Guide: Expo / React Native iOS submission. Agent compatibility table: Expo SDK 52 through 57. Newer SDKs remain unresolved; the table does not establish current Apple build compliance.
  • Agents: Works as ordinary Markdown. Three adapters ship: Claude Code, a generic AGENTS.md block (which is what Codex and other AGENTS.md-aware tools use), and a Cursor rule. No universal automatic install is claimed, and no agent-specific adapter beyond those three.
  • Updates: 12 months of updates from delivery. Not lifetime. After 12 months your downloaded version remains yours; newer SDK rules are not guaranteed.
  • Support: Email, best-effort, pack defects only. This is not a consulting retainer and does not include audits of your app.
  • Delivery: A ZIP containing the PDF playbook, printable checklist, Markdown templates and agent pack, with SHA-256 checksums. Download from the confirmation page; updates by email on request.

6. Review outcomes

No guarantee of approval. This is a working guide and optional audit protocol, not certification or an exhaustive compliance review. Apple makes the review decision. Current official requirements take precedence if they change. It never signs in to or reads your App Store Connect account. You verify store configuration, final-build behavior and reviewer access yourself. The product is not affiliated with Apple, Expo or RevenueCat.

7. Payment and contact

Stripe processes card payments; Verto does not receive your card details. Contact hello@vertostudios.com with your receipt number for delivery, updates or refunds. Do not send credentials or app source. Verto Studios is based in Denmark. Danish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections.
